Our Story
The history of SGS TASHKENT LTD - from the rise of one small kitchen to the status of the main gastronomic landmark of Uzbekistan. Everything began in 2022 with a simple, but ambitious goal: to prove that fresh sushi is not just a hedgehog, but a balance of freshness, aesthetics and mastery, which may be available from every household in Tashkent.

We don’t just cook rice and fish. We take care of every detail: from the correct water temperature for boiling rice to the perfect cooking of salmon. World Asian cuisine has a lot of differences, so at SGS TASHKENT LTD we have combined centuries-old traditions with current food safety standards.

From the very beginning we understood: in order to be the most delicious, it is not enough to simply cook it with relish. You need to be smart. In addition, we invested in the government’s logistics network, which allowed us to become the fastest delivery in Uzbekistan in 2024. 2022
Birth of a Legend
Company foundation and opening of our first kitchen in Tashkent. We set an ambitious goal: to reimagine sushi culture in Uzbekistan, emphasizing premium ingredients and authentic Asian recipes.
2023
Number One in the Capital
Thanks to our impeccable taste and attention to detail, we won the hearts of the capital's residents. By the end of the year, SGS TASHKENT LTD was recognized as the best sushi studio in Tashkent, and our loyal customer base grew fivefold.
2024
Scale and National Recognition
Reaching a new level: We optimized logistics processes and implemented a unique temperature control system during transportation. This resulted in the official status of "Best Delivery in Uzbekistan." Now our rolls arrive to customers as if they've just been pulled from the chef's knife.

Gastronomic Innovations
We opened our own training center for sushi masters and switched to fully biodegradable premium packaging. Our menu was expanded with exclusive signature sets that combine Eastern traditions with modern culinary trends.
